PLANT STRONG BODY

A little bit of personal background about myself, Rose Donato, I devoted 25 years to animal activism. My story in a nut shell is 25 years ago, yes I was a teenager, I watched 5 graphic minutes of a dateline special about veal and I am very sensitive, I am an empath so that 5 minutes was all it took for me to make that connection. At that moment my eyes were opened (after crying for hours) to the shocking truth about the horrible dairy industry who have most people fooled. The innocent wonderful animals have no voice so I have been committed since then to help them. I have done numerous various activities involving animal activism, but always wishing I can do more. The best thing that I can personally do is reach an audience and leave a presence in the human mind that animals want to live their lives just like we do! We do not ever need to harm the animals. I have devoted the last 10 years solid of my life to helping people in health and fitness. I have inspired many with meat free/cruelty free muscles and plant based nutrition. My proclamationn to the world is you can have muscles with out hurting anyone or anything. Meat Free Muscles is my motto. I competed in fitness shows and was proudly the only Vegan on stage competing in Ms Universe Fitness at the time. I try to stay disciplined and dedicated when it comes to getting exercise on a daily basis with the animals lives motivating me. I truly work very hard on my fitness, knowing the human race has a long way to go, but with the compassionate voices in this world veganism will prevail. This is my purpose and my reason I have started this clothing store Plant Strong Body to help spread the message. I am currently writing a vegan & fitness book I will add it to this store upon completion. The books purpose also is to show compassion and spread awareness for veganism. *** UPDATE BOOK DONE AND ADDED!!
